1) Heading Finance and Accounts department
2) Preparing FY Budget
knowleglge. ofEPC/KAM
3) Monitor projected cost V/s actual cost and share variance report.
4) Accountable for P & L, Balance sheets
5)Taking care of all financial and accounting audits and presenting it to the CFO & Management to take appropriate actions.
6)To guide, and coach the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the department.
7)Play a vital role while dealing with Banking and correspond with them and ensure timely funds availability for various projects
8)Taking care of all compliances related to taxation, GST, and other statutory part of compliances.
1) Timely submission and monitoring monthly MIS.
2) Timely Renewal of Banking Limits
3) Timely completion of Financial closure of projects
4) Handling statutory audit and internal audit
5) Responsible for banking compliance and Liaison with bank.
6) Monitoring & fulfill direct and indirect taxation compliance.
7) Cash flow Management
8) ERP upgradation
9) Any other statutory compliances
10) SOP for overall operations.
11) To take additional responsibility given by CFO or Management.
Qualification -CA with 4- 8 yr experience preferable from infrastructre zompany
