Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare, finalise and review

  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  as per applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
• Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Responsible for review and reporting of the

  P&L

  and

  Balance sheets

  of all the Group companies.

Audit & Compliance

• Manage

  internal and statutory audits

  , ensuring timely closure of audit issues.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements including Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, ROC filings, etc.
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls (IFC).

Taxation

• Ensure accurate and timely

  GST, TDS, and Income Tax

  compliance.
• Assist in tax planning and handle assessments, notices, and queries from tax authorities.
• Plan tax audits to ensure financial records are accurate and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Support the Management in annual budgeting and financial forecasting of all Group companies.
• Monitor variance analyses and provide insights for cost optimization.

Financial Management & Advisory

• Advise management on financial strategies to maximize profitability, manage cash flow, identify cost-saving measures, Credit Control, and assess financial risks.
• Cost centre management: tracking and controlling expenses in non-revenue generating departments to ensure efficient resource allocation and financial health of the organisation.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Oversee daily cash flow, fund management, and banking relationships.
• Assist in managing working capital requirements.

MIS & Business Support

• Prepare periodic MIS reports and dashboards for management.
• Provide financial insights for business decisions, pricing, and cost analysis.

Process Improvements and Mentorship

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen financial systems.
• Contribute to ERP implementation or improvements (SAP/Oracle/Tally/etc.).
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff to contribute to their fullest to the organisation goals.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

  with

  3-5 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of

  accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory frameworks

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  ERP systems and advanced Excel

  .
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
