Chartered Accountant

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our real estate organization. The ideal candidate will manage yearly taxation, GST return filing, and handle financial operations, including sales and purchases from existing clients, daily balance sheets, fund raising, and bank-related transactions.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Yearly Taxation Management:

Prepare and file yearly tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Advise on tax planning and optimization strategies.

2. GST Return Filing:

Prepare and file GST returns accurately and timely.

Ensure compliance with GST regulations.

3. Sales and Purchases:

Manage and record sales and purchase transactions from existing clients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

4. Balance Sheet Maintenance:

Prepare and maintain daily balance sheets.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

5. Fund Raising and Fund Acquiring:

Assist in fund raising and acquiring funds for various projects.

Prepare financial models and presentations for potential investors.

6. Bank Transactions:

Manage bank payments, cash credits, and overdrafts.

Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

Completion of the CA course and examinations from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

2. Skills:

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally.

Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
