Role Description

Manager in Transaction Advisory Services

The role involves analyzing financial data, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, preparing detailed transaction reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

This position requires strong analytical skills and extensive experience in finance and accounting.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with 3-7 years of experience
• Extensive experience in Finance and Accounting principles
• Proven expertise in Due Diligence processes
• Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions and Valuations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
