THE ROLE

Are you a lawyer with a passion for working at the heart of India’s startup and venture capital ecosystem?

We're looking for a Transaction Lawyer to join our team — someone who thrives in fast-paced deal environments, enjoys structuring innovative investments, and wants to grow alongside high-impact startups and VC/PE funds

•Work closely on M&A and PE/VC deals

•Draft and negotiate investment documents (SHA, SSA, SPA etc.)

•Advise early-stage and growth-stage companies on legal and strategic matters

•Engage directly with founders, investors, and stakeholders across the ecosystem

IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE

•3–6 years PQE (or relevant experience in PE/VC or corporate transactions)

•Strong grasp of company law, FDI regulations, and deal documentation

•The aspiration to grow into a leadership role in a dynamic, high-growth environment

•A keen interest about startups, innovation, and the business of law

This position is based in Byculla Mumbai.
