Job Opening: Chartered Accountant/Semi Quailfied CA

The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing accounting, financial reporting, auditing, and compliance functions while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management presentations on a periodic basis.
Conduct thorough internal and statutory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide financial advice and strategic insights to management for effective decision-making.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, and other statutory requirements.
Reconciliation of statutory dues with challans, returns, and books of accounts.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns) and conduct GST audits.
Perform vouching of income & expenses, ledger scrutiny, fixed assets verification, and physical inventory checks.
Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements.
Implement strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies.
Keep updated with changes in accounting principles, taxation, and corporate laws.
Mentor and guide junior accounting staff to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
