Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Finalize monthly and annual financial statements (balance sheet & P&L).
Conduct internal audits and ensure policy adherence.
Perform daily/weekly bank and ledger reconciliations.
Verify all transactions (expenses, income, reimbursements) before recording.
Handle GST filing (GSTR-1, 3B) and TDS payments/returns.
Manage ROC and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules.
Prepare MIS reports (cash flow, project profitability, expense analysis).
Manage accounts receivable/payable and monitor ageing.
Oversee payroll, salary processing, and PF/ESI compliance where applicable.
