Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee accounting, auditing, and financial reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations (Direct & Indirect Taxes, GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Ind-AS/IFRS.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external/statutory auditors.
Review MIS reports, financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis for management.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.
Drive cost control, financial risk assessments, and internal financial controls.
Ensure timely filing of returns and regulatory submissions.
Provide strategic insights on financial planning, cost optimization, and investments.

Key Skills & Competencies

In-depth knowledge of
accounting standards, taxation, auditing, and compliance
.
Proficiency in
ERP/Accounting software
(SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.).
Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
Analytical, detail-oriented, with strong decision-making ability.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
from ICAI.
Post-qualification experience in
Accounting / Finance / Audit / Taxation
.
Industry/manufacturing sector exposure preferred.
