Job Description

Our Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced compliance executive to be responsible for managing the

global compliances and providing tax, legal and/or secretarial compliances related advisory

services.

The executive should be proactive and prompt in handling client’s queries, reverting back to

them with suitable solutions and tracking the compliance records. They should constantly

identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new

clients while retaining and providing utmost level of high-quality services to existing clients.

You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure

maximum client satisfaction.

To excel at your position, you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain

the core values of the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Interfacing the senior management of MNCs/corporate Houses;
  • Coordination with the global partners.
  • Understanding the business and their global requirements
  • Advising/Assisting in incorporating overseas Companies, overseeing the timely

compliances of the companies, audit

  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Advising client to get their queries resolved quickly and efficiently.• Keeping clients updated on the latest changes in relevant Taxation or Compliance

policies in their country of operations.

  • Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
  • Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.

Required Skill Set:

  • Good communication skills (Oral and written)
  • A self-starter, proactive and forthcoming, quick learner with excellent presentation

skills

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications specially MS Office and business email writing
  • Proficient in MS Excel or other Client Invoicing Tracking software to promptly generate

the invoices, track payments made to our partner vendors and track the payments

done by the clients.

  • Ability to take proactive action, ownership and effective deliverables under pressure

and time constraint

  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts, taxation system, Corporate Compliances
  • Eagerness to expand knowledge of the International Accounting, Compliances and

Taxation concepts

  • Proactive approach in learning in international business setup and other compliance

requirements

  • Team worker
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A team player with leadership skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
