Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage tax compliances, including direct tax returns (ITR), TDS returns, and ROC filings.
Conduct statutory audits and tax audits under Companies Act and Income Tax laws respectively.
Provide expertise on FEMA matters, international taxation, transfer pricing, and indirect taxation (VAT/Service Tax).
Ensure compliance with IGAAP principles and IND AS requirements.
Assist in preparing financial statements according to Indian GAAP standards.

Representation & Advisory: Represent clients before tax authorities (Income Tax, GST, FEMA, RBI) for assessments, appeals, and compliance matters.
Internal Controls & Risk Management: Assess and improve financial and tax compliance controls within client businesses.
Research & Updates
:
Stay updated on the latest amendments in tax laws, FEMA regulations, and accounting standards (IND AS, IFRS).

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in accountancy or related field with a focus on accounts & taxation.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Chartered Accountancy (CA).
Strong knowledge of Direct Tax, Indirect Taxation, Corporate Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Tax Audit, International Taxation, FEMA Matters, Income Tax Return (ITR), TDS Return filing processes.
