Chartered Accountant

As a Chartered Accountant with multi-industry exposure in Construction, Roadways, and Auditing, you will play a vital role in managing the finance, accounts, compliance, taxation, audits, and strategic financial planning across diversified business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end financial accounting and reporting, including monthly closing, preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. - Ensure project-wise accounting for construction and road infrastructure projects, including WIP, cost allocation, and profitability tracking. - Handle revenue recognition for IT service and subscription-based projects in compliance with Ind-AS/IFRS. - Prepare and review MIS reports, budgeting, variance analysis, CMA data, and board-level financial reports. - Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, PF/ESI compliance, international taxation, transfer pricing, FEMA/FDI reporting, and other statutory requirements. - Lead internal, statutory, tax, stock, and external audits, implementing strong internal controls, SOPs, and risk management frameworks. - Oversee project costing, contractor/vendor billing, fund management, and cost optimization across various areas. - Validate RA bills, variation claims, support management in pricing strategies, tender financials, and investor reporting. Qualifications Required: - CA qualification is mandatory. - 10+ years of experience in Construction/Infrastructure Accounting, IT/Software/SaaS Finance, or Audit & Assurance. - Strong knowledge of Ind-AS, IFRS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, RERA, and NHAI norms. - Hands-on experience in Tally, SAP, ERP, Oracle, Zoho, or QuickBooks. - Strong analytical, leadership, MIS reporting, and stakeholder communication skills. In addition, you may have the following preferred knowledge: - Project finance for infra business, toll revenue accounting, and asset capitalization. - SaaS revenue models, subscription billing, and IT cost management. - Experience in audit (statutory, internal, forensic, or tax).
