Freelance CA Required - Company Liquidation Support (Project Basis)

Chartered Accountant

Project Details

- Duration: 3-6 months

- Time Commitment: 40-50 hours per month

- Location: Andheri, Mumbai (physical visits to client premises required)

- Engagement Type: Project-based freelance assignment

Scope of Work

The selected CA will handle the following responsibilities:

1. Bookkeeping and Maintenance of Accounting Records

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records throughout the liquidation process

2. GST Compliance

- Preparation and filing of monthly GST returns

- Ensure timely compliance with GST regulations

3. TDS Compliance

- Preparation and filing of TDS returns

- Handle TDS-related documentation and compliance

4. Operational & Compliance Support

- Handle other operational and compliance-related tasks as required during the liquidation process

- Support ad-hoc requirements that may arise

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

- Experience in handling liquidation/winding-up processes preferred

- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliance

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Good communication skills for client interaction

- Availability for periodic physical visits to client location in Andheri
