We also help with setting up businesses in India. Our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive and personalized services to meet our clients' needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant Articleship, located in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in auditing, preparing tax returns, maintaining financial records, and conducting financial analysis. The role also involves supporting senior accountants with project financing and mergers & acquisitions tasks, along with various ad-hoc accounting and secretarial duties.

Qualifications

Accounting and Financial Reporting skills
Knowledge of Taxation and Preparation of Tax Returns
Audit & Assurance experience
Financial Analysis and Project Financing skills
Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Pursuing CA qualification with relevant academic background
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
