Role Overview:

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) to join us in an advisory capacity. This is not a typical job — this is a chance to be part of the foundational core team of a purpose-driven startup.As our CA, you will oversee and advise on all financial, accounting, tax, and compliance matters. You’ll be instrumental in helping us build a solid financial foundation and guide strategic decisions as we grow.

Responsibilities:

🔹Oversee all financial aspects of the startup.🔹Create financial models and forecasts for fundraising and operations.🔹Guide on regulatory compliance, GST, income tax, startup registration, etc.🔹Set up accounting systems and financial processes.🔹Support in budgeting, reporting, and financial planning.🔹Advise on investor readiness and pitch preparation.🔹Be a strategic advisor to the founders on financial decision-making.

Who You Are:

▫️A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with an entrepreneurial mindset.▫️A Passionate about startups, health & wellness, or tech-driven ventures.▫️A Open to flexible equity/profit-sharing-based roles.▫️A Strong understanding of startup finance, compliance, and tax.▫️A Interested in playing a key role in shaping a new venture from scratch.

Location:

Remote (India-based preferred) | Open to hybrid if located in [Your City, if any]
