Charter Sales Executive

As a Charter Sales Executive at AeroIGM Global Charters, you will play a crucial role in driving charter revenues, managing client relationships, and supporting daily sales operations in the fast-paced aviation industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing daily inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and client meetings. - Generating new leads, building relationships, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. - Preparing and sharing charter quotations, proposals, and itineraries. - Coordinating with operators, DMCs, and aviation partners for aircraft availability and pricing. - Maintaining structured follow-ups to convert inquiries into bookings. - Tracking sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity. - Working closely with internal teams for smooth charter execution. - Representing AeroIGM Global Charters at client meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities. As a desired candidate for this role, you should possess: - 14 years of experience in sales (aviation, travel, or luxury industry preferred). - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously. - Comfort with hybrid working and frequent client interactions. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow within the aviation sector.
