Charter Sales Executive

AeroIGM Global Charters is expanding its commercial team and looking for a dynamic Charter Sales Executive to drive charter revenues, manage client relationships, and support daily sales operations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and client meetings.
• Generate new leads, build relationships, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Prepare and share charter quotations, proposals, and itineraries.
• Coordinate with operators, DMCs, and aviation partners for aircraft availability and pricing.
• Maintain structured follow-ups to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth charter execution.
• Represent AeroIGM Global Charters at client meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1–4 years of experience in sales (aviation, travel, or luxury industry preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable with hybrid working and frequent client interactions.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow within the aviation sector.
