Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead/support FAAS projects including
IPO, SPAC, PPA, Carve-outs, Fresh Start accounting
Prepare & review
financial statements, MD&A, GAAP conversions, accounting policies
Perform
technical accounting research
, governance, remediation & readiness
Conduct process optimization, reporting transformation & data integration projects
Document current-state processes and help design future-state optimized workflows
Assist in designing reporting templates, data connectors, validation rules & UAT
Deliver training, ensure quality deliverables, and manage team performance
Contribute to business development, client stakeholder management & practice growth

Skills & Expertise Required

Strong knowledge of
IFRS / US GAAP / UK GAAP
Hands-on experience in:
Transaction reporting (IPO, SPAC, Carve-outs, PPA)
GAAP conversions
Consolidation & close process support
Financial reporting (Financial Close, SEC, iXBRL, ESG, SOX, Tax Reporting)
Proficiency in
Workiva (Wdesk/Wdata), Axiom
or similar tools
