Job Description

As a CPO operation executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the electric bus charging at CPO locations in a time-bound manner. Resolve technical issues remotely or on-site and support smooth charging on network. Maintaining the list of active CPO chargers on the bus routes in the region


Role & responsibilities

CPO Charger monitoring and management

  • Monitor real time charger status, alarms, faults and diagnostics via CPO app/CMS across multiple CPO networks.
  • SPOC for CC/CH to enable charging sessions.
  • Remotely start/stop/reconfigure charging sessions and monitor session progress.
  • Maintain 98%+ utilization of route charging across all routes.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting, data analysis and reporting.
  • Coordinate with CPO vendors and internal teams for escalations and enhancements.

CPO onboarding and charger compatibility validation

  • Ensure CPO charger integration with the NueGo Bus.
  • Implement smart charging features

Documentation and reporting

  • Maintain CPO Charger list on the routes where validation is done.
  • Maintain alternative CPO charger list on the bus routes.
  • Maintain charging records, power availability records, charger breakdown records, charger faults/error records and incident records.
  • Submit weekly Charger performance and alert summary reports.
  • Generate MIS reports, RCA reports and system updates.
  • Reconcile charging bills generated by CPO operators.
  • Maintain updated registers for chargers and technical SOPs.

Stakeholders & Vendor Coordination

  • Join weekly sync calls with internal tech and platform teams.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to vendors or OEMs.
  • Coordinate with CPO as Single point of contact
  • Identify Charger issues through real-time dashboards.
  • Coordinate with CPO for real-time resolutions and escalate unresolved faults.

Central helpline for B2C/ Public charging at NueGo sites


  • Act as central helpline to address customer queries during b2c/ public/ open charging sessions.

Compliance & SOP adherence

  • Ensure that site teams follow standard protocols by reviewing logs and alerts.
  • Check that remote actions (start/stop/reset) are logged and traceable.
  • Enforce central policies across multiple operators and charging technology platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Diploma/ B.E./ B.Tech- EEE/ECE/EE
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar operational roles
