Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners in Pune South.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing brokers for regular lead flow and closures.

  • Conduct training and engagement sessions to keep partners updated on project USPs, pricing, and offers.

  • Work towards aggressive sales targets through effective partner engagement and incentive programs.

  • Monitor partner performance, address gaps, and improve productivity.

  • Track competitor activities and maintain market intelligence for the region.

  • Prepare and share performance reports with management.

Key Metrics:

  • Number of new partners onboarded.

  • Monthly sales via channel network.

  • Partner retention and engagement rate.

  • Conversion ratio from channel-sourced leads.

Profile Requirements:

  • 36 years

    of experience in real estate channel sourcing/sales.

  • Strong broker and channel partner network in Pune South.

  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
