Responsibilities
To generate demand for EP and drive Distribution & Retail business in the market. Achieve revenue and margin above set quota in support of Annual Operating Plan. Experience of working with distributor, to engage and expand Channels in assigned geographies and track primary, secondary salesCustomer ManagementMeet new customers and expand customer baseTo maintain and develop relationships with existing customersResponsible for Accurate forecast of revenue and growth opportunities in territory / segmentWell conversant with Key Account ManagementHaving Good Connect with Architects/Consultants/Builders/Govt Deptt /PMC/Electricals ContractorsSales and Commercial ActivitiesEnsure Order log-in as per Company PolicyLiaising with Logistics to check the progress of existing orders and communicate as appropriate to customerReview Statement of accounts periodically for assigned Channel partners and ensure any discrepancy is addressed immediatelyChannel and Dealer ManagementIncrease presence in Trade Market through effective Channel ManagementIdentify and appoint new Channel and Dealers in assigned territory as requiredEngage and Drive additional revenue from existing Channel and Dealer networkEnsure all Channel Communications, reach the Channel on timeSupport Channels in achieving their Goals by providing retailing supportEnsure adherence to agreed Commercial RequirementsAppointment of new retailers in assigned geographyLocal Product PromotionsEnsure Local Promotion Plan is executed as per schedule with adherence to Brand GuidelinesConduct periodical meets aimed at Dealers, Electrical Contractors and other Key InfluencersDrive Trade Visibility by ensuring Signage's, Display Boards, Brochures and Price Lists are displayed appropriately at Channel and Dealer countersIdentify and drive innovative ways to improve market shareQualifications
