The role holder will
  • Ensure Product and team Profitability
  • Work with Product Managers and business to ensure the products and services are always designed with customer First solutions.
  • Manage a team of Issuer Managers and ensure quality partnerships
  • Ensure process adherence and compliance

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with regulators and ensure the product enhancements are in line with the regulatory guidelines
  • Sourcing quality and speed
  • Customer and Partner retention

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities

This role should be managing a team of issuer Managers

  • Deliver & effectively track all the deliverables
