1. Achieving monthly sales/ revenue and data generation targets.
2. Developing new channel partners and managing team of existing direct sales agent for improved performance.
3. Ensuring partner compliance of MHRIL policies.
4. Generating regular productivity reports and maintaining MIS.
5. Preparing budgets and achieving budgeted financial targets.
6. Exploring new opportunities while continuing to develop the existing ones.
7. Recruiting and selecting direct sales agent manpower; training and leading channel sales force and sales representatives.
8. Providing market information (competition, potential and market data).
9. Defines the revenue / sales targets for the set of partners being handled.
10. Quarter on quarter productivity review and growth.
11. Focus on horizontal and vertical growth (recruiting new DSAs, opening new marketing & developing existing).
