Channel Sales & Leasing Executive - Andheri

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Channel Sales & Leasing Executive to manage resale and rental transactions and generate new business opportunities through channel partners . This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, strong market understanding, and the ability to drive consistent sales and leasing results. Key Responsibilities:1. Resale & Rental Management: Coordinate with channel partners to list and promote resale and rental properties. Ensure timely closures of property transactions. Monitor and follow up on property visits, client feedback, and negotiation processes. Maintain and update inventory database regularly. 2. Channel Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners (brokers, agents, agencies). Regularly communicate new property listings, updates, and offers. Conduct meetings, site visits, and briefings with channel partners. Address concerns or queries of partners promptly and professionally. 3. Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify new sales and rental opportunities through channel networks. Source client leads via referrals, broker outreach, and networking. Collaborate with the internal team to align marketing strategies with sales goals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/leasing targets. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or channel partner management. Good understanding of local property markets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus. Two-wheeler preferred (Reqired).
