Job Description

We are a software and digital marketing services company seeking a Part-Time / Freelance Marketing Head or Business Development Manager (BDM) to support business growth on a commission / profit-sharing basis.

This role is suitable for professionals who already have industry exposure and business contacts and wish to work flexibly alongside their current role or freelance work.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach businesses that may require digital marketing services
• Introduce company offerings such as:
• Digital Marketing
• Social Media Management
• SEO
• Paid Advertising
• Website & Branding Solutions
• Coordinate communication between potential clients and internal teams
• Support the sales process until project confirmation
• Maintain professional relationships with clients

Eligibility / Who Can Apply

• Marketing Heads / Sales Heads
• Business Development Managers (BDM)
• Brand Managers / Category Managers
• Industry professionals from Cosmetics, FMCG, Pharma, Retail, Fashion, Manufacturing
• Freelancers or consultants with relevant experience

Skills & Requirements

• Business communication and relationship management
• Understanding of B2B sales processes
• Ability to identify potential business opportunities
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training provided if required)
• Self-motivated and professional approach

Compensation Details

• Commission or profit-sharing per project
• Recurring commission on long-term client retainers (as agreed)
• No cap on commission earnings
• Payment cycle and percentage shared during onboarding
