Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Executive to promote and sell BoninWood’s premium food range through distributors, retailers, and other channel partners. This role is entirely commission-based, offering high earning potential to individuals passionate about sales and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners in assigned areas.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue through channel expansion.
• Promote BoninWood’s food products across local and regional markets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners.
• Coordinate with the internal team for product supply, marketing materials, and promotions.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure proper product visibility and availability in retail outlets.
• Report daily/weekly sales activities and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG or food product sales (preferred).
• Strong local market knowledge and existing network in retail / distribution.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• No fixed salary — commission-based earnings with performance incentives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
