Join EY and build an exceptional experience for yourself and a better working world for all. **Key Responsibilities:** - Leading a team of valuation professionals focusing on business valuations competency for Middle East and North African (MENA) EY Clients. - Managing client relationships with various user offices across the MENA region and actively participating in business development initiatives. - Acting as a single point of contact in project execution and delivery, liaising with the onshore team. - Mentoring 3 to 4 team members for their career growth within the firm. - Independently performing valuations, developing & reviewing valuation models, and preparing reports for various purposes. - Staying informed about current business and economic developments relevant to clients" businesses. - Motivating team members with diverse skills and backgrounds, fostering a team-oriented environment. - Demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. - Maintaining client relationships and networks, cultivating business development opportunities. - Using current technology and tools to innovate and enhance the effectiveness of services provided. - Working collaboratively with other teams within the firm. **What we look for:** - Agile, growth-oriented mindset. - Curiosity and purpose-driven attitude. - Inclusivity and embracement of diverse perspectives. - High motivation, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. - Strong team player with the ability to adapt to changing requirements. **Qualification Required:** - Qualified actuary with preferably CA/ACCA/CFA or MBA in Finance from a premier institute. - Minimum 5-6 years of related work experience in actuarial valuation. - Experience in a similar role with a Big-4 or industry-leading firm is a must. - Aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis. - Strong valuation skills and knowledge of related Accounting standards (IFRS). - Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. - Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges in a collaborative team environment. - Desire for continuous self and team development. - Ability to manage engagements, provide best practice guidance, and ensure quality deliverables. - Working knowledge of MS Excel with VBA skills, actuarial certifications, and exposure to various Analytics tools preferred. - General PC proficiency including Word and PowerPoint.
