Job Description

As a Channel Marketing Manager at NITCO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales across the channel network, focusing on tiles, marble, and mosaico products. Your strategic responsibilities include identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for product retail, display share, promotions, and market share expansion while ensuring positioning and network segmentation are aligned with business goals. You will plan and execute channel-focused promotions, dealer incentives, and product launches to strengthen NITCO's presence in the market. Conducting competitor analysis to track activities, pricing, and network strategies will be crucial in identifying opportunities. Analyzing channel-specific sales data and market share performance will help you recommend pricing, promotional, and product positioning strategies to ensure competitiveness. Your role will also involve brand management and visibility, where you will implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative promotional materials and in-store displays. Monitoring and adjusting strategies based on market trends will be essential to maintain a competitive edge. Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners is key. Acting as a liaison to resolve issues and drive engagement, you will organize regular meetings, events, and workshops to foster a sense of community and align partners with business objectives. Cross-functional collaboration with regional and zonal managers, as well as digital marketing teams, will be necessary to execute campaigns and promote products across e-commerce platforms and digital channels. In terms of collateral management and budgeting, you will manage the distribution of marketing materials and samples across all channels. Optimizing budgets for marketing activities to achieve high ROI while maintaining effectiveness will be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in channel marketing or related roles. Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems are essential skills required for this position.,
