Manageandenhancetheofflinedistributionprocessensuringstockmovement from distributor to retailer, and from retailer to end customers.

• StoreTraining:

Trainstorestaffonproductfeaturesanddemonstratehowtosetupandstartthe laptops effectively.

• InfluenceStoreRecommendations:

• In-storeVisibility&Branding:

Maintainhighvisibilityforthebrandthrougheffectivein-storemerchandisingand display execution.

• BTLActivities:

Below-the-Line(BTL)

• StockManagement:

Monitor product availability, track sales data, coordinate with distributors for replenishment/refill,andensureminimumstocklevelsaremaintainedatalltimes.

• SinglePointofContact:

Actastheprimarycontactforapproximately100mappedstores,ensuringsmooth communication, issue resolution, and operational support.

• EscalationHandling:

Addressandresolveanystore-relatedconcernsorescalationspromptlyandeffectively.

Requirements -

• Experience:

  12yearsinchannelsales,retailoperations,orsimilarroles.Freshers withstrong communicationskills and sales aptitude are also welcome.

• Communication:

  Excellentcommunicationskillsandfluencyinthelocallanguage are mandatory.

• Mobility:

  Musthavea

  bike

  andbe

  opentotravel

  acrossassignedterritories.

• TechnicalSkills:

  Basicknowledgeof

  MSWord,Excel,PowerPoint,andAndroid

isrequired.

• Personality:

  Energetic,self-motivated,andcapableofmanagingmultiplestore relationships independently.
