Find the role description :This is Feet on street role, where in one will be responsible for  Client (Offline Courier Partners) Onboarding: Efficiently onboard new offline courier partners for Ekart's Dropship model, ensuring a streamlined and hassle-free setup experience Performance Tracking: Monitor and improve key metrics such as revenue, share of wallet growth, and actual volumes versus planned targets. Sales Analytics: Sales Analytics to identify opportunities for increasing revenue and share of wallet Client Support & Performance Management: Address client queries promptly and manage overall performance to ensure satisfaction. Issue Resolution: Provide timely responses and effective solutions for real-time issues related to delivery, first-mile pickup, and escalations. Escalation Management: Minimize client escalations through consistent daily and weekly engagement, fostering proactive communication and trust.
