Channel Development Manager

You will be joining India's leading Early Childhood & K-12 Education company with a vast network of over 1,700 Schools. With a successful operation of 25 years, this company has continuously been a pioneer in the educational sector, consistently leading the way in bringing about positive changes. Your role will be based in Ahmedabad and you will be tasked with expanding the company's footprint in the designated territory by establishing new channel partnerships and ensuring the smooth functioning of partner centers from start to finish. To excel in this position, you will need to secure high-quality partnerships by actively pursuing leads provided by the central team and proactively seeking out new leads, converting them through effective sales strategies. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the operational setup and transition, conducting pre-launch marketing activities to drive business growth, managing sales administration, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should hold a graduate degree with 5-8 years of experience in franchise acquisition and deal-making. An MBA in Sales & Marketing with 4-6 years of experience in education, retail, or franchising would be preferred.
