**Key Responsibilities:**

• Translate business transformation goals into actionable change strategies.
• Lead change initiatives across org design, talent shifts, and future ways of working.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align on priorities and drive adoption.
• Design and deploy fit-for-purpose change plans including communication, training, and readiness activities.
• Build and manage a strong change agent network within the DTAI business.
• Monitor change effectiveness, identify resistance, and support mitigation plans.
• Coach leaders and teams to build change resilience and capability.

**Qualifications:**

• Prior experience in Change Management, preferably in tech or digital environments.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Familiarity with organization design, agile ways of working, or digital operating models.
