Job Description

As a Change and Communications Consultant, your role involves developing comprehensive change management and communications deliverables for large-scale business transformations. This includes conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness surveys, creating communications plans, crafting leadership messaging, organizing go-live campaigns, and preparing executive engagement materials. Your responsibilities also include crafting and executing communication strategies to support project milestones, drive user adoption, and facilitate successful operational changes. You will collaborate cross-functionally with project teams, clients, and subject matter experts (SMEs) in virtual/live environments to design and deliver impactful communications. Additionally, you will facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment through tailored communications and events such as Town Halls, workshops, newsletters, and digital content. In this role, you will analyze change readiness, risks, and impact to determine appropriate communication approaches and adoption strategies. You will support senior team members in planning, developing, and deploying communications, change messaging, and delivery formats. Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on change adoption and communications effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics will be part of your responsibilities. Providing timely updates to the Project Lead/Manager regarding communications timelines, deliverables, and dependencies is crucial. Furthermore, your contribution to OWC practice and firm development initiatives is expected. This involves sharing best practices and innovating new approaches to enhance the overall change management and communications capabilities within the organization. Key Qualifications: - Proven experience in change management and organizational communications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences - Experience in developing and redesigning communication collateral such as slide decks, newsletters, campaigns, video scripts, talking points, and FAQs - Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills - Creative thinking and storytelling ability - Familiarity with digital communication and collaboration tools like SharePoint, Teams, and Yammer - Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, survey tools, and ideally PowerBI/Tableau - Project management capabilities would be a plus Please note that nice-to-have skills include strong analytical skills using tools like MS Excel, survey tools, and PowerBI/Tableau, as well as project management capabilities.,
