Job Description

As a competent Lean & Continuous Improvement Specialist, your role will involve analyzing and facilitating the improvement of supply chain & logistics planning/operations within the company. You will be responsible for coordinating personnel and processes to ensure the successful completion of continuous improvement projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, lead, and conduct kaizen events to drive a culture of improvement - Train logistics personnel in DMAIC problem-solving methodologies - Conduct health checks (audits) of systems and processes, including 5S, systems execution, safety, quality, and daily direction setting - Champion problem-solving and root cause elimination, applying corrective action tools to prevent recurrence - Drive productivity programs across Warehouse operations using the Danfoss Business Systems methodology - Collaborate with internal process owners to drive process improvements and ensure continuous improvement of QMS practices - Control QMS documents and conduct regular reviews as per requirements - Provide QMS training and consultation for employees and support quality-related campaigns initiated by Local & Global **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, FMEA, process audit, PPAP, and Lean methodologies - Experience in leading Quality Audits & Certifications - Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills - Ability to undertake complex analysis, interpret data, and identify trends - Exposure to SAP, Excel & Power Point - Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, or logistics - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification - Self-driven, adaptable, and resourceful with the ability to work under limited supervision - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In addition to the job requirements, Danfoss is a company dedicated to engineering solutions that drive sustainable transformation.
