Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Oversee the testing of tech projects, including in-house POS systems, SCM solutions, and IoT-based applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues to ensure timely delivery of defect-free solutions.
• Keep abreast of the latest QA tools, technologies, and industry best practices to elevate our testing processes.
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Must-have : Proven experience in Functional and automation testing, with hands-on expertise in automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or similar).
• Must-have : Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing and guiding QA teams.
• Must-have : Excellent problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile practices is an advantage.
  

Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• People willing to do both manual and automation
  

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  

Additional Qualifications

• QA certifications are a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based testing or IoT testing is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
