CFO

Major Responsibilities:

• Supports the CEO / Founders in decision making through financial expertise
• Partnering in formulation of overall organizational strategy and facilitating business growth and profitability.
• Managed timely and accurate reporting of various financial transactions and information for detailed analysis.
• Ensured complete adherence to financial controls and regulations, preparing financial statements and reporting results to multiple external stakeholders.
• Ensure a high level of compliance and risk management, including the identification and control of all risks for the business
• Ensure proper deployment of internal control policies, compliance policies and framework
• Complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Ensure effective investments of surplus funds and appropriate returns.
• Efficiently manage working capital requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate MIS on a regular basis to the Board and top management.
• Ensure that all reporting is done in a timely and accurate manner.
• Build and maintains relationships with the Statutory auditors, tax auditors and ensure effective management of the audit processes.
• Preparing and implementing the SoPs, Automating the processes for the effective results
• Preparing the dashboards and presenting the MIS to the Board and CEO on the financial reports
• Contribute to the development and implementation of performance measures supporting strategic direction
• Participate in all strategic and financial decision

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified CA with min 20 years of experience 7-8 years of experience as a CFO of large setup
• Looking for strong Finance leader experience with a Indian Promoter setup
• Should be able to manage complex situations independently
• Should be a change agent
• Should have worked closely with promoters
