As a Tax + L 6 (Senior Manager) in the Strategy & Consulting Global Network CFO & Enterprise Value team at Accenture, your role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. - Support CFOs and finance organizations in crafting and implementing strategies anchored on digital disruption, new age operating models, and best-in-class practices. - Identify opportunities, lead project delivery, prepare business cases, lead the team, and coordinate with client organizations. - Develop key thought leadership material on tax function or other related transformation projects. **Qualifications Required:** - Relevant experience in the required domain with a minimum of 15+ years of experience. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience in direct tax provisioning, forecasting, uncertain tax position and reporting compliance, tax data analytics. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle a team of 5-10 resources independently. - Must have at least 3 full lifecycles implementation experience in implementing tax technology for direct tax.
