The role of SAP S/4 HANA OTC Lead revolves around designing and implementing top-notch sales and distribution processes along with reporting. Your responsibilities include business process design, demand prioritization, fostering business relationships, ensuring technology standardization, and compliance. You must possess extensive experience in implementing complex sales processes, particularly SAP S/4 HANA, across various projects. Effective collaboration with Finance (RTR), Procurement (P2P), Development (ABAP), Integration/Middleware, Basis architects, Business process owners, and service providers is essential for this role. As an ideal candidate, you should have a broad industry exposure enabling you to engage and advise the UMG business community on process and business-oriented aspects. Additionally, hands-on experience in configuring SAP-based prototypes, proof of concepts, and solutions is crucial. You should be adept at overseeing consultants" work allocation and supervision. With over 12 years of experience in designing and implementing SAP ECC & S4 HANA solutions, you should focus on advising business users on leveraging SAP features to meet their requirements effectively. Having led at least 4 full-cycle implementation projects, including a minimum of 2 on S/4 HANA, and a diverse industry background encompassing Media, Entertainment & Manufacturing would be advantageous. Your ability to coordinate and lead team activities, both for project execution and internal team skill development, is vital. A degree in Business, Engineering, Systems, or Finance is preferred, and willingness to travel to the US/Los Angeles as necessary is expected. In terms of skills, you should demonstrate a detailed functional understanding and expert-level hands-on configuration proficiency in SAP ECC & S/4 HANA across various areas such as Business Partners for Customers, Sales Orders, Contracts, Deliveries, Returns, Billing document types, Advanced Available to Promise (AATP), Pricing, Intercompany and Intracompany Operations, Tax integration, Integration with PTP & RTR, non-SAP Master Data, Order Management systems, Vendors, Warehouses, Outputs & Idoc, and Sales reporting and embedded analytics using Fiori.,
