You will be joining our dynamic OWG Tech department as a highly skilled Salesforce and Certinia Human Capital Specialist. Your role will involve extensive experience in Staffing and Resource Management modules within Certinia PS Cloud, as well as integrating with Workday, managing staff setup in Salesforce and Certinia. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring efficient processes for Talent Management and HC Operations areas within our organizations. Your key responsibilities will include supporting, administering, and maintaining Certinia PS Cloud application with a focus on Resource Management, Staffing, and Time Entry modules. You will also implement and oversee application changes and enhancements related to Talent Management and HC Operations business areas. Collaborating with other Tech teams to address integration issues with systems such as Workday and internal OW tools will be a part of your role. Additionally, you will oversee user provisioning processes for new hires and project assignments, maintain records of user assignments and project staffing levels, and support changes to user roles setup and permission assignments. Acting as a liaison between Human Capital/Talent Management/Finance business areas, business relationship managers, and Certinia technical teams will be essential for understanding and addressing application-related needs. Providing technical solutions to meet business requirements, conducting user training sessions, and coordinating with HC Ops, Resource Managers, and Project Managers to align resourcing needs with system capabilities will also be part of your responsibilities. Your experience should include a qualification or degree in Computer Science or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and Certinia, proven experience in integrating Salesforce and Certinia with Workday, and a strong background in Human Capital Management. You should have demonstrated abilities in troubleshooting technical issues, working with business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions, and experience in Agile delivery using methodologies like Scrum or SAFe. Your technical skills should include proficiency in Salesforce and Certinia administration, a strong understanding of integration tools and techniques (specifically with Workday), and knowledge of user role management, staffing processes, security settings, and access controls. Analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, effective communication skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.,
