The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, cloud technologies, backups, and Active Directory. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our information systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support Microsoft 365 services. Oversee network infrastructure, including switches and routers, ensuring optimal performance and security. Configure and maintain firewalls to safeguard network traffic. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and services. Experience with networking protocols, firewalls, and infrastructure management. Proficiency in managing cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Knowledge of backup solutions and disaster recovery best practices. Familiarity with Windows Server and LINUX environments and Active Directory. Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational and communication abilities. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
