A Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification is a must, along with expertise in finance and accounting. Knowledge and experience in filing US taxes will be highly beneficial. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential to collaborate with clients and team members successfully. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, although not mandatory.
