Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end training in

  ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and AAPC certification preparation (CPC/COC/CCS)

• Conduct live virtual classes, workshops, and assessments to ensure learner competency.
• Evaluate, mentor, and support trainees in certification exam preparation and applied coding practice.
• Design, review, and update training content, lesson plans, and evaluation frameworks.
• Uphold professional standards in training methodology and learner engagement.

Candidate Profile:

• Certification:

  CPC (mandatory)

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience

  in

  Medical Coding,

  with at least

  2 years of training / mentorship experience

  .
• In-depth knowledge of official coding guidelines and compliance practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage diverse learner groups and deliver measurable outcomes.
