Role Description We are seeking experienced Medical Coding Trainers to deliver structured, high-quality training programs for aspiring healthcare professionals. This role requires strong subject matter expertise, proven teaching ability, and a commitment to excellence in training delivery. Both full-time and freelance engagement models are available, with flexibility to work remotely. Key Responsibilities: Deliver end-to-end training in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and AAPC certification preparation (CPC/COC/CCS) . Conduct live virtual classes, workshops, and assessments to ensure learner competency. Evaluate, mentor, and support trainees in certification exam preparation and applied coding practice. Design, review, and update training content, lesson plans, and evaluation frameworks. Uphold professional standards in training methodology and learner engagement. Candidate Profile: Certification: CPC (mandatory) . 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Medical Coding, with at least 2 years of training / mentorship experience . In-depth knowledge of official coding guidelines and compliance practices. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage diverse learner groups and deliver measurable outcomes.
