Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Financial Planner (CFP – International) based in India to join our remote team. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive financial planning and advisory services to our Irish clients, ensuring high standards of compliance and personalised advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored financial advice to Irish clients in areas such as retirement planning, investment management, tax efficiency, risk protection, and estate planning
• Conduct client fact-finding, develop and present financial plans, and support clients throughout their financial journey
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of integrated solutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Irish financial regulations and market trends (training/support will be provided if required)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies
• Assist with client onboarding, application processes, and ongoing relationship management

Requirements:

• CFP (Certified Financial Planner) International qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial advisory or planning roles
• Strong analytical, research, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Willingness to learn Irish financial products, regulations, and market practices
