Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Certification Program with a Placement Guarantee, offered in collaboration with Microsoft, J.P. Morgan, and Sabak Harbor. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, assessing program performance, executing audits, and managing projects to ensure seamless program delivery. The selected candidate will collaborate with industry leaders and learners to maintain high standards in the training process and guarantee successful placements.

• Training and technical upskilling experience to deliver professional and impactful educational content
• Auditing skills to ensure the program's compliance with quality standards and objectives
• Proven Project Management expertise to streamline program delivery and oversee multiple priorities
• Ability to foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders and prioritize learner outcomes
• Background or experience in the technology or business sector is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
