Job Title: Ceramic Trainee Engineer Department: Engineering Location: Bikaner Reporting To: Senior Ceramic Engineer / Production Manager Job Summary: As a Ceramic Trainee Engineer , you will assist in the development, testing, and production of ceramic materials and components. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers and gain hands-on experience in processing, quality assurance, and materials research in the ceramics industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and testing ceramic materials and formulations. Monitor and support ceramic manufacturing processes such as pressing, firing, glazing, and sintering. Collect and analyze production and quality control data to ensure compliance with technical specifications. Work on lab-scale and pilot-scale material testing and evaluation. Support R&D projects focused on new product development and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance. Maintain documentation for experiments, trials, and standard operating procedures. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards during all processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Ceramic Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline. Strong foundation in ceramic materials, manufacturing, and testing methods. Basic knowledge of quality systems Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment.
