Job Description

Role Overview: The Integration & Transformation role provides a unique opportunity for you to collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership team on critical strategic initiatives. Your main focus will be on post-merger integration, enterprise transformation, and organizational excellence. As an Associate / Manager, you will play a crucial role as a strategic enabler, ensuring alignment, tracking execution, and facilitating seamless collaboration across teams. This role is perfect for professionals seeking comprehensive exposure to strategy execution, cross-functional program management, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with the CEO to plan, execute, and monitor post-M&A integration and strategic transformation programs. - Drive cross-functional projects to align business units, systems, and processes with overall enterprise objectives. - Track organizational OKRs / KPIs and identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for leadership intervention. - Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support CEO-level decision-making. - Develop insights and recommendations to accelerate growth, improve efficiency, and strengthen competitive positioning. - Establish governance mechanisms, reporting dashboards, and review cadences for transformation programs. - Ensure key deliverables are completed on time and proactively escalate blockers. - Collaborate with functional leaders to resolve issues and keep integration programs on track. - Prepare CEO-level presentations, board updates, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders. - Synthesize complex data and ideas into clear, actionable recommendations. - Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors / masters degree in business, Strategy, Technology, or related fields. - Experience: 4-8 years of relevant experience in enterprise transformation, post-merger integration, or strategic program management - ideally in a technology company, BFSI, or top-tier consulting firm. - Skills: - Strong organizational and program management capabilities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strategic mindset with problem-solving ability and data-driven decision-making. - Ability to influence and work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. - High discretion and integrity in handling confidential matters.,
