Centre Manager

In this role at Supertails, as a Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pet clinic. Your dedication to providing top-notch care for pets in a fear-free environment will be crucial in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for both pets and their owners. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the pet OPD, grooming, and pharmacy services while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. - Implement and maintain a holistic and fear-free approach in all services provided. - Lead, manage, and motivate a team of veterinarians, groomers, and support staff through regular team meetings, training sessions, and handling staff scheduling and performance reviews. - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, and promoting a welcoming atmosphere for pets and their owners. - Oversee inventory management for the pharmacy and grooming supplies, monitor and maintain the quality of clinical care and grooming services, and stay updated with industry trends in veterinary care. Qualifications: - Proven experience in managing a veterinary clinic or pet-related business. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and customer service abilities. - Passionate about animals and committed to providing exceptional care.
