Job Description

Centre Manager – DDU-KK Mega Skill Centre (Male Preferred)

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
Company: SGRS Academic Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise overall operations of the training centre.
Ensure adherence to DDUKK/ DDU-GKY norms and quality standards.
Manage trainers, mobilization, and placement teams effectively.
Maintain student attendance, records, and training outcomes.
Liaise with project partners and government officials as needed.
Prepare reports and documentation as per project requirements.
Conduct regular review meetings and ensure timely target achievement.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate / Post Graduate in Rural Development, Social Welfare, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in managing DDUKK/DDU-GKY or Mega Skill Centres.
Strong command over English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience in government skill development projects will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
