Role Description:

• Student and parents counselling on calls or face-to-face, including home counselling, to secure admissions
• Manager day-to-day operations of center such as scheduling, staff management etc
• Achieve revenue targets of the branch ? Maintain an accurate record and report of all students in CRM
• Be well-informed about pattern, syllabus, eligibility criteria etc. of different competitive exams
• Ensure that branch efforts are synchronized with marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation/Post-Graduation in any stream
• Proven experience of 2+ years in a Counseling and branch managerial role, preferably in an educational or sales-driven environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Convincing Power/Adaptable/ Active listening
