Job Description:
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Center Manager – Operations with strong experience in mobilization, placements, revenue generation, and exposure to CSR-funded skilling projects. The role requires end-to-end center management, ensuring training quality, student lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and achievement of operational and financial targets.
· Strong expertise in mobilization & outreach
· Proven track record in placement delivery & industry partnerships
· Experience in revenue generation from training/skill development programs
· Knowledge of CSR compliance, donor coordination, and project reporting
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
· Ability to work in a target-driven environment
· Problem-solving mindset with strong people management skills
